He is a successful business person
He has 47 years of experience in HK
He understands the inherit problems on HK, and have ideas and plans to fix them
He is a HK citizen and holds a 回鄉證
He is humble and diplomatic in his speeches
He had great success in managing Semi-governmental institution in HK
He does extremely well in inspiring young people
He never directly criticize
He is welcomed among millions of people in HK
He is welcomed to visit and invest in China
He is confident
He is forward looking
He is a do'er
He is / can be extremely tolerant of the criticisms from the opposing parties
He is Allan Zeman
Also because he USED to be Canadian, not American or British.
OK, I kinda cheated on the "criticisms from opposing parties". Mostly because he does not understand Chinese
But he does fall into China's minimum requirements of becoming the CE of HK, he is patriotic to China (self proclaimed, but he did give up his Canadian Passport) And most importantly he was never an American or British.
