Sorry I'm not familiar with Tseung Kwan O, but I only see its become a good community, much like Taikoo Shing, Olympic station or Cheung Sha Wan? Sorry again as I'm not familiar with all of them really. As I mostly invest on HK side. (Since I cannot buy everything, I just stick with what I know best)
But I have viewed Parkview many times and sure I like the serene environment, I just don't like apartments in big complex. Also, the layout is a little awkward for HK (some may like it because all units have ensuite baths, and the corner unit with a half moon bay window Living Room) and that it is still a bit far from CBD. The club house is great but I don't really care for estate clubhouses because I need to pay extra in management fees, but cannot collect extra rent from tenants. Besides, I can buy a few club memberships, some of which transferable, that usually offer better foods, services, and facilities, more convenient when treating guests, and cheap parking at metro areas... better value for money the way I see it :P Most tenants who require club houses only require a gym anyway, and so many gyms in Metro areas they don't need an estate clubhouse.
That's just personal preference I guess.
Oh, and thank you for replying in English, but it is not necessary, because I can read Chinese just fine. I just don't know how to type in Chinese. If you have seen my posts before I tried but it took me like an hour to make a short response :P

To 21/F., if this is the case it will be difficult to live anywhere in HK la. Have you heard stories about Happy Valley for example? Or the "Victoria City" or what is now the Sheung Wan, Central or Wan Chai area? What about the lower stretch of Stubbs Road? It's ok la, land was on Earth before man kind ma...
